Pocock’s boats are hand-crafted in aerospace composites and have the reputation of being the best in the business. We are currently seeking hard working individuals who are talented in the field of fairing, body work, fiberglass repair, mold and tooling repair, or any combination of those.
Experience we require: Demonstrated track record of responsible, careful, and diligent work in the field of composites, body work, finishing work, etc. Ability or experience with hand tools, measuring equipment, tooling repair, finishing, would be considered a PLUS. You must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, production environment. We have a special culture here of hard work and craftsmanship.

This is a full time position, with competitive pay, profit share, and excellent 100% paid full benefits. 40 hour work week is Monday-Thursday, 7am-4:30pm, and Friday 7am-11am. Overtime may be available, and possibly required.
