Pocock’s boats are hand-crafted in aerospace composites and have the reputation of being the best in the sport for over 110 years. We are currently seeking hard working individuals who are interested in the field of composites and lamination. Experience in composites is a plus but not required.
Experience we do require: Demonstrated track record of responsible, careful, and diligent work. Ability or experience with hand tools, measuring equipment, tooling repair, finishing, would be considered a PLUS. You must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, production environment. We have a special culture here of hard work and craftsmanship.

This is a full time position, with competitive pay, profit share, and excellent 100% paid full benefits. 40 hour work week is Monday-Thursday, 7am-4:30pm, and Friday 7am-11am. Overtime may be available, and possibly required.
